Fancy buying your cat a Christmas cape? How about a stocking full of festive treats for your dog? Then look no further than Pets at Home, for Britain’s biggest pet store has all you need.

The FTSE 250 retailer, with 451 stores in the UK, 300-plus dog-grooming salons and an online shop, is emerging from the pandemic wagging its tail. Last month, it paid back £28.9m of business rates relief after significant public pressure (with pet shops classed as essential, the chain had been able to continue to trade during lockdowns).
